Program description

RevlineAI sends appointment-related text messages on behalf of independent automotive repair shops: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule-change updates, missed-call follow-ups, and replies to messages you send. Messages are sent only after you opt in verbally when booking by phone or in person.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your appointment activity — typically 1–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time — you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP or call the shop directly for assistance.
